These are NOT A pandora product or manufactured by them however they are compatible with the popular pandora style (also known as European style) bracelets and charms. These charms are not plated and are completely sterling silver so they will need to be polished occasionally to bring back their shine. We recommend a paste sterling silver cleaner and cloth, not a dip cleaner. If charm is personalized in anyway, the item can not be returned.
