These are NOT A pandora product ormanufactured by them however they are compatible with the popularpandora style (also known as European style) bracelets and charms. These charmsare not plated and are completely sterling silver so they will need to bepolished occasionally to bring back their shine. We recommend a paste sterlingsilver cleaner and cloth, not a dip cleaner. If charm is personalized in anyway, the item can not be returned.
